CH Shae N Vidxium's Check Mate "KING"
Sire: AKC RBIS OH GCH CH Matador (Hernandez)
Dam: AKC CH Virtudes (Arena)
Breeders: Erin Burch (Shae) & David Gonzales (Vidxium)
Owners: Erin Burch & David Gonzales
Handler: King is exclusively handled by Erin Burch & David Gonzales
King made short work of obtaining his AKC Championship because he is a beautiful moderate example of the breed. He is being shown on a limited basis in Texas for 2018/2019 as he continues to mature. At home, he is quite a goofy dog and full of antics. He is a very happy and outgoing dog and he is an absolute joy to live with. I am excited for 2020 when he returns to TN and I can show him again. His father Matador is also a thrill to show and his animation is so silly.
King was 2018-National Owner Handler Series Xolo #8 qualifying him for an invitation to the Annual National Championship OHS Top 10 competition in Orlando, FL. King was proudly presented to AKC all breed judge, Dana Cline who selected our boy as the Best of Breed winner. We are overjoyed, and honored with this win. Thank you Dana Cline for finding our boy in lovely competition, it is a dream come true. He will be in FL again in 2019 to compete again as the #4 OHS Xolo.
*As of 08-08-2019 King is currently the #4 Xolo of the owner handler series
with limited showing.
Complete OFA health testing scheduled for Sept 2019
07-20-2019 Our bred by Champion "King" beat the current #1 Xolo bitch in the USA, All Systems who is a Multiple CH, Multiple RBIS, Multiple Group Winner, 2019 BISS Winner by being selected BEST OF BREED Winner at the Houston World Series of Dog Shows 2019. This is a very special win for us because it was at this very show that David began to show dogs for the first time many years ago. When David and I began this endeavor together, this was but a dream. It is now our reality! Wow! We are even more honored that we are the breeders of this wonderful dog who is capable of this accomplishment and so much more. We are blessed and thankful for the experience! Thank you AKC judge H.W. Stein for finding "King" among the other great Xolos!
